THE CONVERSATIONS WE’RE READY FOR.
My podcast or yours. An intimate gathering or a bigger stage. A workshop, panel, classroom or live conversation.
I make female physiology clear, relevant and human, with science, lived experience and a little humour.
Let’s talk about:
MEET NATALIE
Natalie Kakon is a Montréal-based naturopath, menstrual-cycle practitioner, movement educator and speaker working at the intersection of female physiology, movement and the nervous system.
With more than 20 years of experience across massage therapy, fascia, yoga therapy, Pilates, reformer, strength, breathwork and teacher education, Natalie brings the body into conversations that are too often left entirely in the head.
She is the founder of supportHER, a body-literacy platform for women’s health, and the host of Get Obsessed, a podcast exploring hormones, movement, medicine, loss and the stories that shape how women understand themselves.
Her work is grounded in science, informed by lived experience and delivered with warmth, honesty and humour.
