For years, I thought my body was done cycling. I was told I had gone through menopause at 34. Then, through a somatic method I had created for others, my cycle came back. I started ovulating again at 41, got pregnant, and when I miscarried at 11 weeks, I realized my body needed more than tracking. It needed to be held
What I know now is that grief lives in the nervous system. That loss — of a pregnancy, of a diagnosis, of the version of your future you were holding — changes the hormonal body in ways that no tracker measures and no app has ever held. I was not broken. I was unwitnessed.
One misdiagnosis.
Three miscarriages.
The Embodied Signal Method™ was born from that experience. From the intersection of grief, hormones, and the nervous system. From the radical idea that a woman's emotional experience and her physical experience are not separate things — they are the same signal, coming from the same body, asking to be read with the same intelligence.
That is what supportHER is. That is what The Method is. The emotional and hormonal lens — finally in one place.
I’m Nat Kakon
a naturopath, menstrual cycle educator, and movement practitioner with over twenty years of experience across Pilates, breathwork, fascia, yoga and massage.
The women who find me have often spent years feeling dismissed inside systems that were meant to support them.
They’ve been told their labs are normal.
That their cycle will return — just take the pill.
That their symptoms are anxiety.
That their loss ‘wasn’t really a loss.
My work exists at the intersection of hormones, the nervous system, movement, and embodied physiology. I help women return to a relationship with their body that feels informed, grounded, and deeply connected.
Together, we begin listening differently — to symptoms, patterns, fatigue, mood, cycle changes, grief, tension, breath, and the protective responses the body develops over time.
Over time, many women learn to override the body’s signals in order to keep functioning, performing, or coping. My work helps create the conditions for women to begin listening again — so they can feel more connected, responsive, and at home inside themselves.
Through education, nervous system regulation, movement, somatic tracking, and cycle awareness, my work helps women better understand their physiology and feel more at home inside of it.
Because hormones do not exist separately from the body, the nervous system, or lived experience.
The body is constantly communicating.
My work is to help you understand what it has been saying all along.
