This methodology was born from lived experience, clinical curiosity, and over twenty years of work inside the body.
Natalie is a naturopath, menstrual cycle educator, breath-work practitioner and movement practitioner working at the intersection of hormones, the nervous system, and embodied movement — with a background spanning Pilates, breathwork, fascia, yoga, and massage.
