Let’s get back to the joy of it all.
Food, hormones, sleep, stress and movement get handled by different people in different rooms. Your body doesn't work that way, neither do i.
I specialize in PCOS / PMOS, HA, coming off the pill and perimenopause, combining naturopathic care, nutrition and cycle education to help you understand what’s happening and find support that works for your real life.
Let’s get back to you.
I’m Nat Kakon
a naturopath, menstrual cycle educator, and movement practitioner with over twenty years of experience across Pilates, breathwork, fascia, yoga and massage.
I teach the why before the what.
My METHOD
Food
Nutrition
For your energy, digestion, cycle and repair. Not restriction. Not a perfect plan you'll abandon in nine days.
stress
Nervous system
Morning and evening rituals that survive contact with a real life.
move
Movement
Strength, Pilates, reformer, yoga, breathwork, fascia.
I explain the reasoning behind every recommendation, because the goal is that eventually you don't need me. That's not a sales strategy. It's the whole point.
I'm a naturopath, which means sessions come with receipts for your insurance.
What People Are Saying
“This program is insanely thorough. The daily check-ins, the regular routines and the weekly summaries make you feel guided instead of lost. Nat is generous with her time, attentive and somehow always has a creative way to help meet what your body actually needs.”
— Carina Raisman“I could not recommend Natalie’s program more !!! I’ve learned so much and it has taught me to prioritize my needs more than ever before. I’m more in tune with my body’s signals and feel more connected to myself.
It’s a very personalized approach where she looks at many aspects of your life that you wouldn’t think could be responsible for your symptoms. Sometimes it’s a small thing, for example I was going to sleep around midnight and had my 8-9 hours of sleep. And I had no idea that could result in me feeling just so tired every day. Every 2 weeks we would meet and talk about what realistic change could be made. Slow and progressive change. And I made a LOT of them…! That’s one thing I liked and found so effective, I was able to tell her some things I couldn’t do or didn’t have time. She made it clear it was important for me to check in and say when it’s too much !
I truly wish every woman knew how valuable all of this is for our health and longevity. She is on a mission to help us women because the system has failed us in many ways. She genuinely was so much more helpful to me than the doctors I have met.”
— Jeanne Paquette“Cannot recommend the method enough, learning with Nat changed my entire understanding of my body! I feel so much more in tune with my mind & body, i have a clear understanding of my cycle and I’m more mindful with my eating.”
— Christina Mawdryk“I genuinely don’t want it to end because it feels like it’s just the beginning, I feel privileged to have Nat’s dedicated attention, i’ve felt held safe and contained throughout this process. Like I’m not doing this alone anymore.”
— Alice Danino“Oh wow! Where do I begin? I feel so honoured and grateful to have been folded into this wonderful group of women for the last month. I always looked forward to Wednesdays and felt so held and cared for by you. You are an incredible facilitator and such a grounded and tender presence. I think this work has really opened up something very important and while I’m not sure what the next steps will look like, I’m excited for the journey!”
— Emily P.“Slowness was a retreat and a reward. I could immediately feel my anxiety lessen, my heart rate steady as I decided that movement was no longer the enemy- I just had to move with the needs of my body and phases of my cycle. Natalie's program posed hard questions: "does how I feel match how I want to feel today"? Does anyone know how they want to feel? Perhaps not consciously, but our bodies do. Mine was so used to a constant state of stress, to a fight or flight, that it craved restoration. I was still moving- but in much lower doses- and trying to get the looming figure to stop setting obstacles and instead set boundaries. I learned to follow a rhythm instead of following a routine, searching for the inner body experience, slowly becoming embodied. I was out of my mind for so many years, and maybe I still am. But now I'm inside my heart.”
— Luisa SeidlAt 34, a doctor told me
I'd gone through menopause.
I didn't believe him. I also didn't do anything about it for years, which is the part I don't get to skip over. I knew it was wrong and I still lived like it was true.
Eventually I stopped waiting for someone else to look properly. I took everything I knew — physiology, nutrition, nervous system, movement — and built a protocol for myself. I ovulated again. At 41, I got pregnant.
My doctor called it a miracle. I'd call it a lot of unglamorous work and a very detailed notebook.
I miscarried at eleven weeks. Then twice more. Across three losses, not one doctor ordered bloodwork.
So I did the thing I'd already learned how to do. I researched. I enrolled in formal menstrual cycle training. And I started helping women understand their cycle as well and reclaim their menstrual power! — because by then it was obvious the problem wasn't a lack of information. It was that nobody was helping women make sense of their own.
That's the belief under all of it. You don't need more data. You need someone to help understand it.
