I’m Natalie Kakon

it’s a pleasure to meet you.

I’m a movement teacher, naturopath, menstrual-cycle practitioner, speaker and founder of supportHER, an app designed to help women do more than track their bodies. It helps them understand what their bodies are communicating.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with women through movement, fertility, hormones, nervous-system health and the very real experience of living in a body that doesn’t always follow the textbook.

I’m endlessly curious. I’m always researching, studying and deepening my education, not simply to collect another certification, but to turn complicated information into something women can actually use.

My work sits where science, body literacy, and real life meet, whether I’m teaching a class, working one-on-one, speaking in a room, or building tools that help women understand themselves better. I believe we deserve more than being told pain, exhaustion, or feeling disconnected from our bodies is “just normal.” There is so much more possibility — and a lot more joy — when we learn how to listen.
