Strength. Pilates. Reformer. Yoga. Breathwork. Fascia.

Strong one minute. Slow the next. Sometimes sweaty. Always paying attention.

I’ve spent more than 20 years teaching movement to EVERY body. To help people feel stronger, more capable and more connected to the bodies they already have.

Move with me. In all the ways.

NO BEFORE BODY.

NO AFTER BODY.

JUST YOUR BODY,

IN MOTION.

YOUR BODY. YOUR SESSION.

Private movement shaped around you—not a generic program waiting for your body to comply.

We may work with strength, Pilates, reformer, yoga, mobility, breath or fascia-informed movement. Some days we build capacity. Some days we slow things down. Most days, we do a little of both.

You don’t need to arrive flexible, coordinated or already “in shape.” You only need to arrive as you are.

Embodied pilates & strength

A movement experience that refuses to stay in one category.

HIIT meets Pilates. Strength meets yoga. Breath meets sweat. Fascia meets rhythm.

The Practice changes because bodies change. Each class has its own arc—but the intention remains the same: move, notice and leave feeling more connected than when you arrived.

BRING MOVEMENT INTO THE ROOM.

Private gatherings, retreats, workplaces, celebrations and community events.

Sessions can be movement-led or combine movement with conversations about hormones, nervous-system health and female physiology. Every experience is shaped around the people in the room.

I’VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A WHILE.

I’m Natalie Kakon, a movement educator with more than 20 years of experience across massage therapy, fascia, yoga and yoga therapy, Pilates, reformer, strength, breathwork and teacher education.

I’ve taught bodies in studios, training rooms, private sessions and community spaces. I even owned my own studio. Taught teachers and continue to train and teach my method in studios.

My work has evolved, but the belief underneath it hasn’t:
Your body is not a problem to solve. It is a relationship worth building.

READY?

Move privately.
Move in class.
Move with your people.
